AMANDA LOVEJOY

Amanda began her career in Interior Design with Carter & Company in Boston. Her years at the firm under the guidance of Michael Carter propelled her to found Amanda Lovejoy Interiors in 2010. Prior to Carter & Company, Amanda worked in the Print Department at Christie’s Auction House in New York where she nurtured her love for the art market. Since 2010, Amanda has worked on the interiors of houses in and around the Boston area, in addition to a more recent project on Nantucket.

Amanda’s style is reflective of her many years spent living in London where she developed her passion for the elegance of the English country estate and the excitement of the late 20th century contemporary art movement. Amanda describes her style as classical with a modern twist. She aims to design a crisp tailored look, with a focus on creating a warm and inviting space that meets the needs and vision of her clients.

Amanda earned a Certificate in Fine and Decorative Arts from Sotheby’s Auction House. She received her BA from Trinity College Hartford, CT.
